Message: Axel's dive bar aesthetic is a snapshot of a by-gone era on the Eastside. Axel's has evolved over the years from being a local neighborhood bar to being the hangout for the UWM students to being something in between these days. Everyone is welcome! Always a game on the tv with great specials on drinks. Super laid back, come-as-you-are atmosphere. Pool tables are always available when I go.
